Choice of Homemade Coleslaw, Green Beans, Greens, or Southern Style Baked Beans

Disposable units: Disposable food pans, rack, serving utensils, and wicks: $8 each

Delivery: $1 mile outside of 10 miles. Free within 10 miles

Set-Up:  Free with purchase of disposable units. Stainless Steel units $75 (per 6 units) for wicks, set up, delivery and pick up.

Serving Fee: $15 dollars hours per server and 20% gratuity. No table service.

Deposit:  A non-refundable 15% deposit is required at booking. This will be deducted from the final bill.

 

Cancellations:

*The deposit is non-refundable. 

*If canceled prior to 30 days of the event no payment is due.

*If canceled within 30 days of the event full payment due.

*All cancellations must be in writing and sent to  ddbbq317@gmail.com.

 

Double D’s Southern BBQ is not responsible for cleanup, tear down of tables, linens, equipment rented from other companies or provided by you/venue, or trash removal other than our own.  Double D’s is not responsible for on-site cleaning of utensils, plates, cups, tables, etc.  

 

Please specify if you would like items COLD or HOT. Please specify if you have access to a kitchen at your catered event. Please realize that heated food takes a longer time to set up. We do not provide plates, napkins, and/or cups.
